This Purchase Policy governs all subscriptions and licence purchases made through SubRadio CMS. By purchasing a licence, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
SubRadio CMS offers three subscription tiers:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis — either monthly or yearly depending on your selected billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique licence key immediately. This key is displayed on-screen and sent to your registered email address. Your licence key is your permanent access credential for SubRadio CMS — keep it safe. The licence key encodes your plan limits (number of DJs, listeners, and features).
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with SubRadio CMS within the first 14 days, contact us through the Owner Panel to request a full refund. After the 14-day period, refunds are not available for the current billing period. Partial refunds are not provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the Owner Panel. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your current billing period. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the start of the next billing period. All existing data, themes, users, and settings are preserved during plan changes.
Displayed prices do not include applicable taxes. Depending on your location, VAT or other local taxes may be added during checkout. Stripe handles tax calculation and collection where required.
If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again over the following days. You will receive email notifications about the failed payment. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.
SubRadio CMS is provided as a cloud-hosted service. We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, and service availability. Any changes to pricing will apply only to new billing periods — your current period will not be affected. We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
